Welcome to https://penchtigerreserve.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The domain name and platform are operated and managed under the government-registered private entity "DESTINATION TOURISM" (Proprietorship owned by Mr. VARUN SRIVASTAVA, located at New Delhi - 110053).

Throughout this document, the terms "You", "Your", "User", or "Traveler" refer to the direct visitor or customer booking services through this Website. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the online booking utilities provided by this platform, you explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by all the terms, conditions, and statutory notices detailed below.

1. Booking and Postponement/Cancellation Policy

In case you need to postpone or cancel your scheduled wildlife tour due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate our desk in writing via our official email address. Please note that cancellation charges will be calculated strictly based on the date and time we officially receive your written email request. The following standard cancellation policy shall apply to all tour packages:

Refund & Cancellation Slab Rates:

• 30 Days or More Prior to Arrival: 10% deduction of the total contracted tour cost.
• 15 Days to 29 Days Prior to Arrival: 30% deduction of the total contracted tour cost.
• 07 Days to 14 Days Prior to Arrival: 40% deduction of the total contracted tour cost.
• 02 Days to 06 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% deduction of the total contracted tour cost.
• Less than 48 Hours or No Show: Strictly 100% cancellation fee / NO REFUND will be processed.
• Jeep Safari & Buffer Zone Permits: Forest entry permit fees and jeep rental booking amounts are completely NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once the official e-permit is generated by the Forest Department.
• Accommodation Details: In the case of bookings containing 3 adult passengers, 1 standard room with 1 extra mattress/bed will be provided by default unless specified otherwise in your customized invoice.
• Dynamic Fee Revisions: Any sudden structural revisions in government taxes, hotel luxury tariffs, fuel surcharges, or forest entry fees will be notified via mail or phone before your journey date, and the difference amount must be settled directly.
• Special Booking Protection Note: In the rare event that your safari permits cannot be successfully generated due to core server failures, technical glitches on the government portal, or sudden seat unavailability, DESTINATION TOURISM will process a full 100% refund of the safari amount straight into your verified bank account.
• Peak Season Peak Days: For peak travel windows and regional festivals (such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year blocks), separate hotel and forest lodge premium booking cancellation structures apply, which will be detailed in your custom invoice.

2. Our Liabilities and Limitations

Please note that after you finalize the custom tour cost, any subsequent hikes in official entry tickets, environmental taxes, fuel duties, or guide allowances rolled out by the Government of India or the respective State Forest Administrations will be levied as extra costs.

DESTINATION TOURISM acts as a service facilitator and cannot be held legally liable or responsible for refunds or compensation claims arising from Force Majeure events, sudden strikes, regional fairs, extreme weather conditions, traffic disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, sudden hotel overbookings, or unexpected gate restrictions imposed by the forest range officers. While we will make our best professional efforts to secure suitable alternative arrangements, no monetary liabilities arise from such unpredictable situations.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, legal representations, or conflicts arising out of transactions, commitments, or safari arrangements managed by this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
